We offer our customers turning and milling services according to the supplied drawing documentation. Each request is carefully reviewed by our technology department so that we can provide to the customer an accurate price quote.
Currently, our machine park has turret lathes up to a machining diameter of 77mm and two-spindle lathes up to a diameter of 60mm. As part of milling, we offer 3-axis milling with an additional 4th axis.
We have extensive experiences mainly in the machining of hydraulic components for various industries such as automotive, agriculture, food industry, construction machinery, etc., but we can also offer experiences in production within the arms industry, sustainable resources, etc.
We most often machine classic automatic steel, stainless steel (even with titanium admixture), but also aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

Our measuring center can offer quality control on modern devices, such as the Mahr brand contourograph or the Keyence brand profile projector, which are an integral part of ongoing production control for all our machine operators.
The processing of complete PPAP documentation, or other documents required by the customer, is a matter of course for the start of production.
Delivery dates together with quality are among the main elements of cooperation on which our company is based. We try to satisfy customers not only in terms of the required delivery date, but also provide them next additional services, including specific packaging requirements.
